It was in Phnom Penh, at the Rithy Panh’s Bophana center, that Hannah discovered the making of documentaries. At the age of eighteen, she moved to Cambodia for one year and worked as an assistant on the editing of « Red Wedding », a documentary co-directed by Lida Chan and Guillaum Suon, and produced by Rithy Panh, which portrays a victim of forced marriage under the Khmer Rouge regime. Back in Paris, she started working as a video journalist for Paris City Hall, the french Senate and « La Netscouade » a digital innovation agency. The agency co-produced her first web-documentary, « Des pianos dans Paris » which she directed and edited.
Hannah cultivates her love for creative documentaries and aims at recreating a photographic, social and experimental approach in her work, which she develops through the multiplicity of mediums she directs.
